This week we are featuring a deal that just received a Joist loan to purchase and rehab this duplex. The borrower originally tried to get financing through a national lender who dropped the deal last minute. What terrible service! Luckily, Joist was able to come to the rescue with a low-interest loan that enabled the borrower to close on the property within two weeks. Talk about speed! We are excited to work with the borrower throughout the life of their loan as they transform the duplex into two amazing homes.
